I am a licensed professional counselor with over ten years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in working with couples on premarital, relationship, and marital issues. I also work with adults with anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, addictive behaviors, grief, loss, and bereavement. I use The Gottman Method for marital and Prepare-Enrich for premarital counseling. I use CBT to work with clients to achieve harmony, especially in depression and anxiety.
